盐酸盐酸帕罗西汀适合长期服用？长期后是否依然有效？

首先说明一下，盐酸帕罗西汀在不同地区，有多种厂家在生产，因此药品名称可能会不同。但如果都是盐酸帕罗西汀作为主要成分的话，在药理作用上应基本一致。目前看到的，比如乐友，赛乐特，或是国外的Paxil, Seroxat等都属于此类药品。
本人服用有几年时间，感觉2年以上这个药物似乎药效会衰减。非常想知道具体的原意，针对此的医疗方案应该是怎么样的？粗查了一下国外Paxil的具体说明，看下来应该是说针对抑郁症状来说，1年之内的话是有实验依据证明药物效用的。但更为长期的并没有更为确切地数据。并且，最小的维持剂量以及改善抑郁的剂量应该是什么关系这点也并没有确切的信息。
不知道各位患有是否有些自身的经验可以分享出来？：）

Usual Initial Dosage

PAXIL should be administered as a single daily dose with or without food, usually in the morning. The recommended initial dose is 20 mg/day. Patients were dosed in a range of 20 to 50 mg/day in the clinical trials demonstrating the effectiveness of PAXILin the treatment of major depressi ve disorder. As with all drugs effective in the treatment of major depressive disorder, the full effect may be delayed. Some patients not responding to a 20-mg dose may benefit from dose increases, in 10-mg/day increments, up to a maximum of 50 mg/day. Dose changes should occur at intervals of at least 1 week.

Maintenance Therapy

There is no body of evidence available to answer the question of how long the patient treated with PAXIL should remain on it. It is generally agreed that acute episodes of major depressive disorder require several months or longer of sustained pharmacologic therapy. Whether the dose needed to induce remission is identical to the dose needed to maintain and/or sustain euthymia is unknown. Systematic evaluation of the efficacy of PAXIL has shown that efficacy is maintained for periods of up to 1 year with doses that averaged about 30 mg.
