I would say that this may be good a solution. But still, it is not a perfect one.
With the depression torturing you, is it likely that you can find an easier job as easily as you expected?
Even if that can be properly tackled, are you sure that the easier job you anticipate would be really as easy as with zero pressure?
And still with the depressed status right now, are you ready to softland that new pressure in a brandnew environment at will?
What if, I mean only what if, you could not deal with that properly? Are you sure you would not feel even more guilty and impotant?
My suggestion's, as always, conservative:
Keep the present job you are familiar with; Take a long leave; Find a good psychiatrist and psychologist. Deal with your depressioin before you consider changing jobs. |
