in the past time,i were boring and depression.i can't do my task,i feel so sadly.i hate the depression,also. it was impact on my study,in that time,i miss it all day,i thought the depression every moment,in the result.i can't away from the bad feeling.my study was influenced every day,but ,what can i do?last time,i got my words which seemed disappire in my brain when i chat with you.i know it again which we should Let nature take its course ,because of i do it before,so i feel realx quickly.and i had two hours sleep ,when i get up ,i realize what i need to do something,then i do it,my feeling become better.today,my depression got seldom.
i want to say .no matter how bad situation we in.we should Let nature take its course .accept our feeling.and do something.so we can better.these are my experience |
