为什么刚才我一下子有种说不出的感觉.一件事刚做好忽然想到和女朋友的事.觉的胸有点闷.人也有点烦躁.想告诉别人发生的事又不知道和谁说!觉的在喔子里待不住.想出去走走.叫了辆车去外面逛了一圈.我这是病了吗?

Put your girlfriend aside for a couple of months, do't contact her at all!
if she doesn't contact you either, then try your best to find new one.
