1.        I’m interested in asking questions which I am interested in. 
2.        If I were Charles Song, I would create a Blog(don’t know if you have), and just write down anything that come to mind—kind of relief really.
3.        Enjoy life with my family and friends and cherish what I have
4.        I would turn to my best friend for help if I have such thought.
5.        Just let it be and don’t think that much, coz the more I think, the more difficult to get to sleep. Find something to read is an alternative.
6.        I will cool it down for a while and then find an opportunity to have an in-depth talk with him if possible.
7.        I would donate part of the money to education, and then I would use the other part to travel around the world and have fun…

Charles is fortunate, because he can access the sunshine website and can communicate with the net friends.
When I was in depression eight years ago, no such help, so I had to stay at home to recover. It take me almost two years to work again.
So I think Charles will be better and better!

1.What would you do if your boyfriend/girlfriend left you for good for some reason and you feel deeply hurt? (如果你的男/女朋友因为某种原因永远地离开了你,你感到被深深地伤害了,你会怎么做?)
2.What would you do if you cannot get rid of him/her from your mind and you feel desperate in the sense that you will never ever see him/her again? (如果他/她在你的脑海里久久挥之不去;一想到可能此生永远再也见不到他/她了,你是如此之绝望,你会怎么做?)

Dear Charles and Bell and dear all friends,

I’m so grateful to you for your great advice and help.
Unfortunately it happened to me and triggered my depression. I struggled, I cried, and I even thought of commit suicide. I had thought I had cried out all my tears in my lifetime… Just like what you said time will kill everything. Now I feel I’m quite out of it even though I still think of those happy time we’ve spent together. I’m so lucky that I have some good friends who support me and stand beside me all the time. Without them, I can hardly imagine where I am today. And I also feel grateful to www.sunofus.org. It was this website that brings me a glimpse of hope when I was at my lowest…
Often times, I look up into the sky at night, and I feel so small--all my sorrows and hardships are ignorable…I shouldn’t take it too seriously
Bell, what you said is right: we are master of ourselves and by helping others we may find the meaning of our life.
