Diagnostic Criteria For 299.80 Asperger's Disorder
A. Qualitative impairment in social interaction, as manifested by at least two of the following:
1. marked impairments in the use of multiple nonverbal behaviors such as eye-to-eye gaze, facial expression, body postures, and gestures to regulate social interaction
2. failure to develop peer relationships appropriate to developmental level
3. a lack of spontaneous seeking to share enjoyment, interests, or achievements with other people (e.g. by a lack of showing, bringing, or pointing out objects of interest to other people)
4. lack of social or emotional reciprocity
B. Restricted repetitive and stereotyped patterns of behavior, interests, and activities, as manifested by at least one of the following:
1. encompassing preoccupation with one or more stereotyped and restricted patterns of interest that is abnormal either in intensity or focus
2. apparently inflexible adherence to specific, nonfunctional routines or rituals
3. stereotyped and repetitive motor mannerisms (e.g., hand or finger flapping or twisting, or complex whole-body movements)
4. persistent preoccupation with parts of objects
C. The disturbance causes clinically significant impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning
D. There is no clinically significant general delay in language (e.g., single words used by age 2 years, communicative phrases used by age 3 years)
E. There is no clinically significant delay in cognitive development or in the development of age-appropriate self-help skills, adaptive behavior (other than social interaction), and curiosity about the environment in childhood
F. Criteria are not met for another specific Pervasive Developmental Disorder or Schizophrenia

1. 沉迷于一个或几个一成不变的并且狭窄的兴趣类型,而且在兴趣的强度和专注程度上都超出正常范围。
2. 明显地无法抑制自己去做某种并无实际作用的程式化的事情或仪式。
3. 有重复刻板的肢体动作(比如,晃手或晃手指,扭身子或其他复杂的全身性动作)。
4. 对物体的某个局部过度着迷。
C. 这些行为在社交、职业、或其他重要的生活领域造成临床意义上的缺陷。
D. 没有临床意义上的语言发育滞后(即两岁即可使用单个字,三岁即可使用交流短语)。
E. 没有临床意义上的认知发育滞后,或与年龄相符的自理技能、调适行为(除社交之外)、以及童年期对环境的好奇心的滞后。
F. 不符合其他广泛性发育障碍和精神分裂的诊断标准。

对这些文字性的东西作出准确的判断很难,尤其是自己对自己的判断往往有偏差,所以最好有专业人士从客观的角度作出判断
