在论坛上看到有几篇精华帖，引来的fans不少

我这里不是反对他们的说法，而是提供与他们不一样的想法，大家都是经历过焦虑症的人，知道其中的痛苦。目标就只有一个：摆脱焦虑症，你也可以看成接收焦虑，反正目标是一样。

很多人估计都看心理学，看禅学，看森田看多了，整篇大论都是写出森田的理论的心得，这是读后感。知道不！

但是大家不要忘记了，森田疗法最怕的就是读后感!!，而应该是实践感，你应该行动起来，例如你今天做了什么事情，有什么事情实践结果和预期不一样！！！！
而不是去讨论森田理论是不是正确的呀！他的理论到底行不行呀！这类的心得。我可以明确肯定的说，森田理论肯定是不
正确的，而且大多数西方的理论研究者都不认同这些理论，但是他又有很多成功治疗案例，而被患者推崇。为什么会这样，
因为那是一种信仰了，就像西方人相信上帝一样，只傻傻的相信，而不会去讨论上帝到底存不存在呀！

我不知道你们明白我的意思了没！

如果你是焦虑症患者的话，从现在开始，不要去思考哲学问题，不要思考我为什么而生，为什么而死，人生的目标是什么！更不要去悟禅，如果你一定要悟，建议你行动，不要只想不做。

记住，请不要去思考这些没用的理论，教条化，毫无意义的东西！人为什么能思考，现在还是个无解之谜，真是莫名其妙，去思考这些整个人类都无法解决的问题

一切从实践开始，从现在开始，走出去吧，劳动吧，多做少说少想，我认为这是唯一的解决办法。

你唯一要做的就是，心态平和一点，心胸开阔一点，不要小心眼，不要为一点小事情内心就惊天动地的想不开！这样就够了，因为你是生活在现实中，有了这样的性格，已经是非常完美了

行动起来，从现在开始，如果你相信我的话！
