标题: 我太痛苦了,大家救救我吧
本人84年读高中时被诊断为神经衰弱,从那时到现在情绪一直很糟糕.99年因压力过大,被诊断为抑郁症,治疗后转为躁狂,但那时我并不知道是病,总感觉情绪高涨,抑郁好了.这些年睡眠没有好过,心情抑郁,抗抑郁药已经吃过几年了.大家帮帮我吧.

痛苦是正常的,偶尔的快乐是上帝对我们的恩赐,忍常人所不能忍,为所当为.心态平和了,就慢慢的等待吧,一定会过去的
