处在抑郁期，各种负面情绪，刚才无意间找到了特蕾莎修女的一首诗歌《无论如何》，分享给大家。其中有一句感触很深，你数年建设的可能毁于一旦，无论如何，还是要建设。想想每一次抑郁燥狂的发作，都把正常时好不容易经营的生活工作人际搞的一团糟，缓过来了又要重新来过。无论情况变得多糟糕，还是要好好活下去！

   人们不讲道理、思想谬误、自我中心，

   Ifyou are honest and frank，people may cheat you;

   诚实与坦率使你容易受到欺骗和伤害，

   Peoplefavor under dogs but follow only topdogs.

   人都会同情弱者，却只追随赢家，

   Fightfor a few underdogs anyway.
